What now?

Once we receive your order form we will reply by email to confirm that your date is available and will send you a form to complete, the finer details are not required until 6 weeks before your wedding.

You will then receive a deposit request from Paypal, payment of this will confirm your order.

Payment

Once your deposit is paid your order will be confirmed. Another Paypal request for the balance payment will be sent to you 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding.

Photo of your Cake Topper

Once your Cake Toppers are almost complete I will send you a photo for you to approve. At this stage any minor amends can be made before firing. Once you have approved your topper, the finishing touches will be made and your Cake Topper will be fired.

Posting your Cake Topper

Once fired and cooled your cake topper will be carefully wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap and packed in a postal box. It will then be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This guarantees that your cake topper will arrive by 1pm the following day.
